In 2019, Tam and I embarked on a life-changing adventure, travelling the world for a whole year. We visited 26 countries and it was a year filled with great food, new cultures and unforgettable moments. When I returned home to Melbourne, I found myself a bit heavier than when I left…7 kilos heavier to be exact.

For the longest time, I had been unhappy with my weight, experimenting with various
diets and fitness plans, gyms and trainers and had done EVERYTHING under the sun to try and get lean. Superfoods, the latest fad diets, triathlons and marathons, untold diet books and personal trainers. For a while there I was even convinced that kale smoothies were the secret to unlocking my ideal weight.
I became this detective, searching high and low for the perfect diet and exercise routine.
Every new fitness plan or food promised a path to a leaner physique. I was looking for a
quick fix and a miracle transformation.
Now with 7 additional kilos to lose after our year away, I was determined to lose the weight quickly, and after listening to a podcast on a flexible dieting approach, it dawned on me that I had never consistently been in a calorie deficit. In that moment, I’d realised that through all of those years of looking for the perfect diet,
I had neglected to make sure I was actually eating less than what my body needed to lose weight but doing this consistently - and not giving up!
That moment sparked the beginning of my own personal transformation and I began accurately tracking what I ate.

And what do you know…the weight started flying off! Getting to my goal weight soon followed and I embarked on a journey of evidence-
based nutrition, discovering that at its core, weight loss was fundamentally tied to the principle of a caloric deficit – I needed to consume less calories than what it needed to maintain weight.

What revolutionised my approach was the understanding that achieving a caloric deficit didn’t mean depriving myself or succumbing to extreme measures. Instead, it was about becoming aware of the energy within the foods I loved.
Hey there!
You've found me! Welcome!

I live in Williamstown, Australia with my partner Tam and Rosie our groodle.
I wear many hats – I'm a partner, sister, daughter, auntie, godmother, health coach, fitness instructor, personal trainer and golf professional.
My day kicks off very early most mornings with a cup of coffee and a stroll at the beach with Rosie. When I'm not helping clients with their health journey, you’ll find me
exploring the newest bakeries and cafes in town or planning my next holiday.
Let me share a bit more about my story.
I no longer gave myself a hard time or felt guilty about certain foods. I recognized that
by making mindful choices and understanding energy balance, I could indulge in my favourite treats without de-railing my progress. It was about finding balance, appreciating that whilst we need food to nourish us, we also occasionally need food for our souls.
With a Cert 3 & 4 in fitness in my back pocket, I furthered my evidenced based knowledge by obtaining my Nutrition Certification through Mac-Nutrition Uni in the UK, the world first evidenced based nutrition course.
Through my own self-development and continuous learning, I've cultivated my own approach to helping others transform their lives.
Now, I'm here to support you on your own transformation journey. Whether you're aiming to drop a few kilos, adopt healthier habits, or completely revamp your lifestyle or even just feel better, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I can't wait to be part of your journey to a healthier, happier you! Its easier and way more fun than you think. x
